Finding Possibilities A Hope-Filled Approach to Change and Life - Bill OHanlon

Alice laughed: "There's no use trying," she said; "one can't believe impossible things."
"I daresay you haven't had much practice," said the Queen. "When I was younger, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast."
 – Alice in Wonderland

The purpose of this presentation is to help you find the possibilities in your work with people and with yourself and to put the fun and meaning back into your work. For years Bill O’Hanlon has inspired and empowered professionals to find and develop their unique voices in their clinical work and to find hope and possibilities in seemingly hopeless situations.

Workshop participants have long remarked about the personal impact his work has had on them. This seminar draws on his hopeful approach to change but goes beyond it to include an approach to one’s life and the universe that challenges discouragement and calls participants back from burnout to being fully alive and present in their lives and work.

Through the use of structured exercises, videos, audios, poetry, storytelling, and lecture material, participants will get a chance to step away from busy lives to find some personal and professional renewal and hopeful approaches to change.

You are invited to participate, but there is a warning: This presentation may cause severe laughter, self-renewal, hope, energy and aliveness.
